Title:

Resolution approving a lease agreement with Portland Trucking, Inc.

Analysis

This resolution would approve a Lease Agreement with Portland Trucking, Inc. for real property consisting of 4460.6 sq. ft. of office and garage space on 0.77 acres located at 2061 South Harbor Drive.  This lease is retroactive October 1, 2008 and terminating September 30, 2013.  The lease term may be extended automatically for five additional years.

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said Common Council hereby ratifies and approves the lease agreement between the City of Milwaukee, by and through its Board of Harbor Commissioners and Portland Trucking, Inc. for the term October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2013; and, be it

 

Further Resolved, That the designated officers of said government and said Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement to carry out this purpose as prepared by the City Attorney's office.
