Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various
parts of the City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 615 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof”
“On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 730 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 25 feet east thereof”
“On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 825 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof”
“On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 940 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 25 feet east thereof”
“On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 1185 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof”
“On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 1300 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 25 feet east thereof”
“On the south side of West Green Tree Road from a point 1525 feet east of North 76th Street to a point 75 feet east thereof”

Part 3. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of South Chase Avenue between West Hayes Avenue and South 5th Place”
“On West Washington Street from South 5th Street to South 6th Street”
“On South 25th Street from West Pierce Street to West National Avenue except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the east side of South 31st Street from West Burnham Street to a point 110 feet north”
“On South 40th Street from West Manitoba Street to West Forest Home Avenue except Saturday and Sunday and where no parking is in effect”
Part 4. Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:
On South 3rd Street from West Florida Street north to the dead end
Part 5. Section 101-26.7 of the Code relating to Street Sweeping is amended by striking the following:
On the east side of South 7th Street from West Washington Street to West Greenfield Avenue from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from April 1 to December 1
On the east side of South 8th Street from West Washington Street to West Greenfield Avenue from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from April 1 to December 1
On the east side of South 9th Street from West National Avenue to a point 150 feet south from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from April 1 to December 1
