Resolution commending Ms. Annette Parker for 32 years of dedicated service to the City of Milwaukee and the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee
Analysis
Body
WHEREAS, Annette Parker has retired from her position as Senior Project Manager after 32 years of service to the City of Milwaukee and to the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Parker has served first for the Department of Public Works in the sanitation and street maintenance sections and supervised the Learn by Doing program; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Parker has served the Housing Authority at various housing developments and in various sections as Custodial Worker, Housing Maintenance Mechanic I and II, Window and Screen Shop Supervisor, Construction Inspection Supervisor, Housing Construction Specialist-Senior, and Senior Project Manager; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Parker has served City of Milwaukee residents generally and public housing residents specifically with dedication and professionalism of the highest standards throughout her career; and
WHEREAS, in her roles with the Housing Authority, Ms. Parker has helped numerous public housing residents with housing and supportive service needs; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority wishes to recognize Ms. Parker for her leadership and advocacy over the course of her career on behalf of City of Milwaukee residents and public housing residents; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, by the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee, that Ms. Parker be and is hereby thanked and commended for her 32 years of dedicated service to the City of Milwaukee and to the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that best wishes be and are extended to Ms. Parker for a long and fulfilling retirement.
