Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North 38^th Street from West Capitol Drive to a point 120 feet north”

“On the north side of East Florida Street from a point 365 feet east of South Barclay Street to South Water Street”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South Howell Avenue from East Plainfield Avenue to a point 50 feet south

On the west side of South Howell Avenue from East Plainfield Avenue to a point 50 feet north

On the east side of South Layton Boulevard from West Evergreen Lane to West Pierce Street

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-am of the Code relating to Twenty-five Minute Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of North Maryland Avenue from East Newport Avenue to a point 100 feet north

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On West Park Hill Avenue from North 90^th Street to North 91^st Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays”

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Bay Street from South Kinnickinnic Avenue to South Allis Street

On South Gladstone Place from East Rosedale Avenue to East Montana Street

On South 8^th Street from West Manitoba Street to West Oklahoma Avenue
