This resolution authorizes expenditures of $117,150 to preserve 2430 North 2nd Street in accordance with Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, Section 308-1-11.

Whereas, By passage of File No. 130995, the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approved an ordinance that any expenditures from the Housing Infrastructure Preservation Fund in excess of $100,000 be approved by the Common Council and the Special Joint Committee on the Redevelopment of Abandoned and Foreclosed Homes; and
Whereas, The Special Joint Committee on the Redevelopment of Abandoned and Foreclosed Homes met on June 26, 2017 and approved expenditures of $117,150 to repair and preserve 2430 North 2nd Street; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the Department of City Development is authorized to expend $117,150 from the Housing Infrastructure Preservation Fund for the repair of 2430 North 2nd Street in accordance with Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, Section 308-1-11.
