This ordinance changes the zoning of the property at 2372 South Logan Avenue (the block bounded by East Lincoln Avenue, East Conway Street, South Bay Street and South Logan Avenue) from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Parks (PK).

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1.  There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2372 South Logan Avenue, Tax Key No. 500-0355-110, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Parks (PK):
