Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
“On the south side of West Chapman Place from West Appleton Avenue to the first alley west thereof from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM”
Part 2. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Bruce Street from South 11th Street to a point 70 feet east
On the south side of West Bruce Street from South 11th Street to a point 70 feet west
On the south side of West Chapman Place from West Appleton Avenue to the first alley west thereof from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West Bruce Street from the east curb line of South 11th Street to a point 60 feet east thereof at any time”
“On the north side of West Bruce Street from the east curb line of South 11th Street to a point 70 feet east thereof, at any time”
“On the south side of West Bruce Street from the west curb line of South 11th Street to a point 70 feet west thereof, at any time”
“On the west side of West Lakefield Drive from a point 155 feet north of West Morgan Avenue to a point 40 feet further north at any time”
“On the south side of West Lakefield Drive from the north curb line of West Morgan Avenue to a point 200 feet north thereof at any time”
“On the north side of West North Avenue from North Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive to North 4th Street from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 4. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
