Minutes note: The proposal is to demolish an attached garage for which no permit was taken out apparently in the 1960s. Wood trim, dormer shingles and other work also needs to be done on the house itself. The owner believes the garage is structurally unsound and can be seen through and meets demolition guidelines. Applicant would like K-type gutters in copper. Staff recommends approval with 3 condtions outlined in the staff report.
