This resolution accepts a sewer easement document SE-2808 from LDC 221 OREGON LLC, located at the 225 East Oregon Street in the 12th Aldermanic District.
Body
Whereas, The City of Milwaukee has submitted a request for an easement required to maintain the existing 12-inch and 15-inch combined sewer that is located within the boundaries of LDC 221 OREGON LLC property; and
Whereas, SE-2808 granting permission to the City to maintain said combined sewer has been executed by LDC 221 OREGON LLC; and
Whereas, SE-2808 will also grant the City the right of entry in and across the property and with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct, and relocate as it may become applicable said sewer; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2808, said Easement document being attached to Common Council File Number 081197 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
Further Resolved, That after said Sewer Easement document has been accepted, it shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and distribution.
