Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls in various Aldermanic Districts.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts

of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On South 1^st Street from the North Water Street Bridge to East Seeboth Street at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Center Street from a point 110 feet east of North Fratney Street to a point 25 feet east thereof

On the east side of North Commerce Street from a point 70 feet north of East Dock Street to a point 25 feet north thereof

On the West Wheelhouse Road from a point 170 feet west of South 36^th Street to a point 120 feet west thereof

On the West Wheelhouse Road from a point 455 feet west of South 36^th Street to a point 120 feet west thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the east side of South 1^st Street from The Milwaukee River to East Seeboth Street
