Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the west side of South Kinnickinnic Avenue from the east curb line of South Ellen Street to a point 142 feet south thereof, at any time”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-11-a of the Code relating to Heavy Truck Parking Prohibited is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Blue Mound Court from West Blue Mound Road to a point 175 feet west

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On South 39^th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to West Ohio Avenue, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on school days, except where No Parking is now in effect”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 39^th Street from West Oklahoma Avenue to West Euclid Avenue from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on school days

On the east side of South 39^th Street from West Euclid Avenue to West Ohio Avenue from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on school days

On the west side of South 39^th Street from West Euclid Avenue to a point 220 feet south from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on school days

Part 5.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On East Meinecke Avenue from North Booth Street to North Humboldt Boulevard
