Whereas; The City of Milwaukee has submitted a request for an easement required to maintain an existing 72-inch diameter storm sewer at West Courtland Avenue extended between North Green Bay Avenue and the Milwaukee River; and
Whereas; The easement area is located in lands owned by Milwaukee County at West Courtland Avenue extended between North Green Bay Avenue and the Milwaukee River; and
Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2807, granting permission to the City of Milwaukee or future assigns to maintain the 72-inch diameter storm sewer has been approved as to contents by the City Engineer; and
Whereas, Sewer Easement SE-2807 will also grant the City of Milwaukee or future assigns the right of entry in and across the property with the right to inspect, enlarge, reconstruct and relocate said 72-inch diameter storm sewer as may become applicable; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City of Milwaukee hereby accepts Sewer Easement SE-2807, said Easement document being attached to this Common Council File Number 081135 and incorporated in this resolution by reference as though set forth in full; and, be it
Further Resolved, That after said Easement document has been accepted, it shall be forwarded to the City Attorney for approval as to form and execution and then to the Department of Public Works for recording and distribution.
