Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the proper city officers be and they hereby are authorized and directed to issue a city check in the sum of $23,065.35 payable to Cermele & Matthews, S.C., 6310 West Bluemound Road, Suite 200, Milwaukee, WI  53213 to reimburse them for legal fees for defense of Police Officers Zachary Thoms and David Letteer

Further Resolved, That the check for $23,065.35 is to be delivered upon presentation of a proper release, approved by the City Attorney; said amount to be charged to the Damages and Claims Account -636506- Fund No. 0001 - Organization 1490- Program 2631 - Sub Class S118.
