Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North 64th Street from West Custer Avenue to West Sheridan Avenue on school days from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM”
Part 2. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the west side of North 64th Street from West Custer Avenue to West Sheridan Avenue on school days from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the east side of North Humboldt Avenue from North Commerce Street to East Garfield Avenue
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On North 7th Street from West Capitol Drive to West Messmer Street”
Part 5. Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:
On South Aldrich Street from East Lincoln Avenue to East Bay Street
On South Allis Street from East Lincoln Avenue to East Bay Street
On South Austin Street from East Deer Place to East Dover Street
On East Bennett Avenue from South Ellen Street to South Kinnickinnic Avenue
On East Bennett Avenue from South Ellen Street to a point 275 feet west
On South Brisbane Avenue from E Deer Place to East Clarence Street
On East Clarence Street from South Austin Street to South Howell Avenue
On West Dakota Street from South 13th Street to South 15th Street
On East Deer Place from South Austin Street to South Howell Avenue
