Analysis
Body
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee directly employs staff to support the administration of public housing, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and other affordable housing programs; and
WHEREAS, the HACM Job Classification and Compensation Plan conducted and approved by Board of Commissioners in 2009 needs updating; and
WHEREAS, HACM solicited proposals to update and consider changes to the existing Job Classification and Compensation Plan for direct HACM employees; and
WHEREAS, Arthur J. Gallagher & Company was awarded a contract to develop a compensation plan for direct HACM employees; and
WHEREAS, the Secretary-Executive Director recommends that the compensation plan developed by Arthur J. Gallagher & Company be approved; and be it
RESOLVED, by the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee that a compensation plan for direct HACM employees be and is hereby approved; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Secretary-Executive Director is hereby authorized to implement the direct HACM compensation plan effective at the beginning of Pay Period 1, 2017.
