Minutes note: Mr. Askin said he didn't find anything objectionable to the plans and the planned repairs are appropriate. The building has served as the Milwaukee County Historical Society since the bank donated the building. All of the baluster pins will be replaced and the cornices will also be repaired and preserved as much as is possible. They think there are at least seven balusters that need substantial repair and two that need to be replaced. Staff recommends approval with the conditions outlined in the staff report. Debra Zins - architect Meg McCauley - Executive Director of the Milwaukee County Historic Society Ald. Bauman moved for adoption, seconded by Ms. Clendenen-Acosta. There were no objections.
