Further Resolved, That the Comptroller’s Office is authorized to transfer from the Street Lighting budget, Account Number ST240170000 up to $6,300,000, to the general purpose sub-accounts indicated as follows:

Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to transfer funds as required without further Common Council authorization, the total amount of such transfer shall not exceed the amount authorized in the 2017 Street Lighting budget.
