Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

Marquette University Pedestrian Crossings (ST211140185) File Number 140974: Removing and replacing curb and gutter and crosswalk as necessary. (Nonassessable Reconstruction Paving Fund -- $4,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $27,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.

2017 Sanitary Manhole Inspection Project (SM494160203) File Number 161022: (Infiltration/Inflow Reduction Fund -- $120,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $125,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.
