Whereas, The City of Milwaukee plans  to install green  infrastructure as part  of a broader effort  to convert a blighted City-owned  vacant  lot at 2210  West Fond du Lac Avenue  into  a community asset; and

Whereas, The operation of this grant from 11/15/2016 to 10/31/2017 would cost $36,625, of which $36,625 (100%) would be provided by the grantor and $0 (0%) would be provided by the City; now, therefore, be it
