Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of West State Street from North 15th Street to a point 40 feet east”
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West State Street from North 15th Street to a point 63 feet east
On the south side of West Tower Avenue from a point 740 feet west of North 76th Street to a point 70 feet west thereof from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday
Part 3. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Birch Avenue from a point 45 feet east of North 63rd Street to a point 62 feet east thereof from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the west side of North 49th Street from West Garfield Avenue to West North Avenue”
“On the east side of North 50th Street from West Meinecke Avenue to West Wright Steet”
“On North 61st Street from West Capitol Drive to West Fiebrantz Avenue from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM except Saturday and Sunday”
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Forest Home Avenue from a point 100 feet west of South 45th Street to a point 115 feet west thereof from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday
