Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

N. Broadway - E. St. Paul Ave. to E. Clybourn St. (SM495110301) File Number 151289: Combined sewer relay and lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $122,000, Additional Funds. The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $345,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2016 construction season.

4th and 15th Aldermanic Districts

N. 35th St. - W. State St. to W. Highland Ave. (SM495160059) File Number 160263: Combined sewer lining. (Nonassessable Sewer Maintenance Relay Fund -- $57,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $69,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2017 construction season.
