Title
A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.
Analysis
This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the
City.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by adding the following:
On the north side of West Holt Avenue from South 37th Street to South 39th Street on school days from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Part 2. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the east side of North 9th Street from West Winnebago Street south to the alley, between 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM”
Part 3. Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:
On the south side of West Clybourn Street from North 3rd Street to a point 70 feet east
Part 4. Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On West Congress Street from North 60th Street to West Medford Avenue”
Part 5. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:
“On the north side of East Euclid Avenue from South Herman Street to South Clement Avenue from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the south side of East Euclid Avenue from South Clement Avenue to South Herman Street from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. except Saturday and Sunday”
“On the east side of North 9th Street from West Highland Avenue to West Winnebago Street 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday”
Part 6. Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:
On South Cesar E. Chavez Drive from West Greenfield Avenue to a point 150 feet north on Sunday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
