Title

Analysis

This zoning change was requested by the Dominican Sisters Corporation and will consolidate the zoning of 2008 South Muskego Avenue with that of the St. Ann Rest Home, 2020 South Muskego Avenue, for expansion of an existing employee parking lot.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2008 South Muskego Avenue, Tax Key No. 470-0012-000, from Local Business (LB2) to Multi-Family Residential (RM1).
