WHEREAS, Ms. Louise Hutchins has retired after 25 years of service to the City of Milwaukee and the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Louise Hutchins has served the City of Milwaukee, the Housing Authority, and hundreds of emerging businesses with dedication throughout her career, resulting in outstanding contract participation by emerging businesses that have exceeded goals; and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee wishes to recognize Louise Hutchins’ significant contributions over the course of her career to assisting, strengthening and mentoring emerging minority-owned, women-owned and other disadvantaged businesses in the Milwaukee area; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee that Ms. Louise Hutchins be and is hereby thanked and commended for her 25 years of dedicated service to the City of Milwaukee and to the Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that best wishes be extended to Ms. Louise Hutchins for a long and fulfilling retirement.
