Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning of 6 parkways, corridors and trails located in the City of Milwaukee from various zoning districts to Parks, in the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 9th and 15th Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This zoning change was initiated by Milwaukee County and will allow the zoning for the sites to be consistent with the use on the sites.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for Part of the East Side Bike Trail, 1709 East Thomas Avenue, Tax Key No. 320-1526-000, from Two-Family Residential (RT4) to Parks (PK); and
Part of the Former UP Railroad Corridor, 5443 North 13th Street, Tax Key No. 195-9917-000; 198 East Hampton Avenue, Tax Key No. 203-9997-100; and 5330 North Milwaukee River Parkway, Tax Key No. 196-9990-000, from Single-Family Residential (RS4) and Detailed Planned Development (DPD) to Parks (PK); and
Part of Johnsons Park, 2001 West Garfield Avenue, Tax Key No. 350-0823-121, from Multi-Family Residential (RM4) to Parks (PK); and
Part of the Menomonee River Parkway, 12040 West Appleton Avenue, Tax Key No. 147-9981-110, from Single-Family Residential (RS2) to Parks (PK); and
