Resolution relating to the transfer of 2016 HOME Investment Partnership Entitlement funds between categories for the Department of City Development.

Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approved the 2016 HOME Entitlement award to the Department of City Development for the categories of Owner-Occupied Home Rehab Loan Program and the Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program in the amounts of $554,000 and $125,000 respectively; and

Whereas, The Community Development Grants Administration (CDGA) has been notified by the Department of City Development that they would like to transfer the amount of $150,000 from the Owner Occupied Home Rehab Loan Program to the Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program; and

Whereas, The new award amount to the Department of City Development Owner Occupied Home Rehab Loan Program activity would be $404,000, and the new award amount to Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program activity would be $275,000; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the transfer between activities as stated above is approved; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the Community Development Grants Administration is responsible for awarding a subrecipient contract for this approved activity; and, be it

Further Resolved, That the subrecipient organization shall submit budget and activity reports in amounts and according to any conditions approved by the Common Council and in accordance with File Number 74-92-5v, to the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller for review and approval; and, be it

Further Resolved, That payments for HOME cost incurred shall be paid in accordance with approved HOME reimbursement policy based on the approval by the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller; and, be it
