Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 26^th Street to South Layton Boulevard from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday - Friday”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Parnell Avenue from South 27^th Street to a point 60 feet east

On the south side of West Parnell Avenue from a point 200 feet east of South 27^th Street to a point 20 feet east thereof

On the south side of West Parnell Avenue from a point 257 feet east of South 27^th Street to a point 20 feet east thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 12^th Street from West Grant Street to West Lincoln Avenue from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Sunday

Part 4.  Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Jackson Street from East Corcoran Street to East Chicago Street
