Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that $40,000 be and hereby is appropriated from the 2016 Reimbursable Services Advance Fund to the Health Department for activities to reduce gun violence; and, be it
Further Resolved, That this appropriation is in addition to the $75,000, appropriated to the Health Department by Common Council Resolution 151107; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Health Department will be reimbursed by the Police Department from the Project Safe Neighborhood Grant for grant-related activities conducted by the Health Department; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the City Comptroller is authorized and directed to establish the necessary accounts and accounting procedures to carry out the intent of this resolution; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the procedures for handling and advancing funds in anticipation of reimbursable revenue be in accordance with those set forth in Common Council File 80-1513.
