Resolution relating to the transfer of 2016 Emergency Solutions Grant Entitlement funds between categories for Guest House of Milwaukee, Inc. and Community Development Grant Administration.

Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee approved the 2016 ESG Entitlement funds to Guest House of Milwaukee, Inc. for the category of Homeless Prevention - Housing Relocation and Stabilization Services - Financial Assistance in the amount of $15,000; and

Whereas, The Community Development Grants Administration (CDGA) has been notified by Guest House that they would like to transfer the amount of $8,500 from the Homeless Prevention - Housing Relocation and Stabilization Services - Financial Assistance activity to the Homeless Prevention - Tenant-Based Rental Assistance activity; and

Whereas, The new award amount to Guest House for the Homeless Prevention - Housing Relocation and Stabilization - Financial Assistance activity would be $6,500, and the new award amount to Homeless Prevention - Tenant-Based Rental Assistance activity would be $8,500; and

Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee also approved the 2016 ESG Entitlement funds to Community Development Grants Administration for the activity of administration in the amount of $60,000 and the activity of HMIS for $24,000; and

Whereas, The Community Development Grants Administration would like to transfer the amount of $2,665 from the administration activity to the HMIS activity; and

Whereas, The new award amount to the Community Development Grants Administration for the administration activity would be $57,335 and the new award amount for the HMIS activity would be $26,665; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the transfer between activities as stated above is approved; and, be it
