Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Cherry Street from North 12^th Lane to a point 50 feet west, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

On School Days from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM on the east side of South Clement Avenue from a point 230 feet north of East Saveland Avenue to a point 125 feet north thereof

Part 2.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 15^th Place from West Dakota Street to West Manitoba Street

On South 19^th Street from West Becher Street to West Grant Street

Part 3.  Section 101-27-9 of the Code relating to Night Parking Exceptions is amended by adding the following:

On West Highland Avenue from North 13^th Street to North 27^th Street
