This resolution authorizes the transfer of Holton Youth & Family Center, Inc. 2015 CDBG award to Wisconsin Community Service Inc.
Body
Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee has previously approved the 2015 CDBG award of $20,000 to Holton Youth & Family Center, Inc. for the Youth Services - Safe Place Program; and

Whereas, The Community Development Grants Administration (CDGA) has been informed that the Holton Youth & Family Center, Inc. is no longer in existence and is recommending the funding be transferred to the Wisconsin Community Services, Inc. who served as the sub-contractor and performed the activity on behalf of Holton Youth & Family Center, Inc.; now therefore, be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the Community Development Grants Administration is authorized to transfer the 2015 CDBG award in the amount of $20,000 to Wisconsin Community Service Inc.; and, be it

Further Resolved, That Wisconsin Community Service Inc. shall submit budget and activity reports in amounts and according to any conditions approved by the Common Council and in accordance with File Number 74-92-5v, to the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller for review and approval; and, be it

Further Resolved, That payments for CDBG cost incurred shall be paid in accordance with approved CDBG reimbursement policy based on the approval by the Community Development Grants Administration and the City Comptroller; and, be it

Further Resolved, That except as modified by this resolution, the guidelines for handling the Community Development Block Grant Program set forth in Common Council File Number 74-92-5v are fully applicable to the Community Development Entitlement Funding Program.
