Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Farwell Avenue from East Windsor Place to a point 50 feet north

On the east side of South 8^th Street from a point 190 feet north of West Maple Street to a point 35 feet north thereof

On the west side of South 8^th Street from a point 180 feet north of West Maple Street to a point 25 feet north thereof

Part 2.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On East Florida Street from South 1^st Street to east to the railroad bridge from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday”

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Florida Street from South 1^st Street east to the railroad bridge from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday

Part 4.  Section 101-26.5 of the Code relating to No Parking When Snowfalls 4 Inches Or More is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Highland Boulevard from North 27^th Street to North 35^th Street”

Part 5.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Highland Avenue from North 13^th Street to North 27^th Street

On North Humboldt Boulevard from East Keefe Avenue to East Vienna Avenue

On East Singer Circle east of North Humboldt Boulevard

On East Vienna Avenue from North Humboldt Boulevard east to the dead end

On South Water Street from East Florida Street to East Washington Street
