Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 81-102.4 of the code is amended to read:
81-102.4. Purchasing-Restoration to Bidders Lists. The fee required for a vendor to be restored to bidders lists maintained by the [[business operations division, procurement services section]] >>purchasing division<< - department of administration, subsequent to the division’s removal of a vendor's name if the vendor does not respond on 3 consecutive bids, shall be $80.
