Title
A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning of 18 parks located in the City of Milwaukee from several zoning districts to Parks, in the 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 13th and 14th Aldermanic Districts.
Analysis
This zoning change was initiated by Milwaukee County and will allow the zoning for the sites to be consistent with the use on the sites.

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:
Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:
The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for Part of Rover West Park, 3243 North Weil Street, Tax Key No. 281-0317-000, from a Detailed Planned Development (DPD) known as Riverwest Green Homes to Parks (PK); and
