Title

A substitute ordinance relating to a multiple trip permit for transporting excessive size or overweight loads.

Sections

101-5.5-4-f                      rp

101-5.5-4-g                      rn

Analysis

Currently, a multiple trip permit is not valid to transport loads or articles which could reasonably be divided in a manner as to allow transporting of loads or articles in 2 or more loads that are not oversize or overweight, nor is the permit valid for the transporting of more than one article if the vehicle, load or vehicle and load is overweight. This ordinance repeals this provision of the code.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-5.5-4-f of the code is repealed.

Part 2. Section 101-5.5-4-g of the code renumbered 101-5.5-4-f.
