Title
A substitute ordinance to further amend the 2016 offices and positions in the City Service.

Analysis
This substitute ordinance changes positions in the following departments:
Department of Administration, Common Council-City Clerk, Health Department, Library, Department of Neighborhood Services, Police Department, Department of Public Works

Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1. Section 1 of ordinance File Number 150505 relative to offices and positions in the City Service is hereby amended as follows:

Under “Department of Administration, Office of the Director”, add one position of “Small Business Development Manager (A)(Y)”, add two positions of “Business Analyst-Sr. (A)(Y)”, add one position of “Contract Compliance Officer (Y)”; and add footnote “(A)” to read as follows:

“(A) To terminate upon expiration of the CDBG program year unless grant agreement is renewed or fiscal year is altered by Common Council action.”

Under “Business Operations Division, Document Services”, delete one position of “Document Services Manager (Y)”, delete one position of “Document Services Supervisor (Y)”, delete six positions of “Document Technician”, and delete the section “Document Services”.

Under “Auxiliary Personnel”, delete four positions of “Document Services Assistant (0.25 FTE)” and delete the section “Auxiliary Personnel”.

Under “Small Business Development Program”, delete one position of “Small Business Development Manager (A)(Y)”, delete two positions of “Business Analyst-Sr. (A)(Y)”, delete one position of “Contract Compliance Officer (Y)”, delete footnote “(A)” in its entirety, and delete the section “Small Business Development Program”.

Under “Common Council-City Clerk” following “Council Records Section”, add the section “Document Services”.
