Whereas, The Common Council of the City of Milwaukee adopted preliminary resolutions determining it necessary and in the public interest to construct nonassessable improvements; and

Whereas, Plans, specifications and cost estimates have been prepared for the following described improvements:

4th Aldermanic District

N. Emmber Ln. at 400 feet south of W. Mt. Vernon Ave. (WT410150780) File Number 150997: Water repair. (Nonassessable Water Fund Budget Line 6410 -- $135,000). The total estimated cost for this project including the requested amount is $150,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.

13th Aldermanic District

DNR Municipal Flood Control Grant Project (SM499150110) File Number 121675 (SM493130101): Acquire and raze two residential properties. Water Quality Projects to meet TMDL Requirements. (Nonassessable TSS Removal Fund -- $70,000, Additional Funds). The total estimated cost for this project is $300,000. This project is anticipated to be completed during the 2015 construction season.
