Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

 parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Harrison Avenue between South 6^th Street and South 5^th Place”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the south side of West Silver Spring Road from a point 850 feet west of North 118^th Street to a point 80 feet west thereof

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-c of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On North 62^nd Street from West Blue Mound Road to a point approximately 200 feet south of West St Paul Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Except Sunday”

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the east side of North Weil Street from East Townsend Street to East Keefe Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on even calendar dates except Saturday and Sunday”

“On the west side of North Weil Street from East Townsend Street to East Keefe Avenue from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on odd calendar dates except Saturday and Sunday”

Part 5.  Section 101-26.5 of the Code relating to Snow Parking Regulations - 4 or more inches is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of South Burrell Street from East Lincoln Avenue to East Dover Street
