Analysis
This resolution approves an Affidavit that removes a twelve-foot wide ingress and egress Easement across Lot 2 for the exclusive right of Lot 1 contained in the document recorded as Certified Survey Map No. 8075 and Document No. 09634738.
Body
Whereas, Certified Survey Map No. 8075, being a redivision of Part of Lots 47, 48 and all of Lots 49, 50 of Block 271 in Hawley’s Subdivision No. 2 in the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, in Town 7 North, Range 22 East, in the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, was recorded as Certified Survey Map No. 8075 and Document No. 09634738 on August 6, 2008; and
Whereas, Anthony J. Gromacki, a Wisconsin Registered Land Surveyor, submitted an affidavit removing the ingress and egress Easement contained in said map pursuant to the provisions of Section 236.295, Wisconsin Statutes; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that said Affidavit of Correction, a copy of which is attached to this Common Council File and made a part hereof as though fully set forth herein, is approved.
