Resolution authorizing the issuance of a street occupancy permit to FJA Christensen Roofing for work at 1121 N. Waverly Place
Analysis
This resolution authorizes City officials to issue a street occupancy permit to FJA Christensen Roofing, allowing them to occupy the entire roadway and west side of sidewalk of North Waverly Place between East Juneau Avenue and a point 120 feet to the south, for warok at 1121 N. Waverly Place.
Body
Whereas, FJA Christensen Roofing has requested permission to occupy North Waverly Place roadway and west sidewalk in front of 1121 N. Waverly Place for a tower crane while working on the building roof; and
Whereas, FJA Christensen Roofing will be responsible to contact all affected residents in the area; and
Whereas, The Commissioner of Public Works may approve temporary occupancy of up to one-third of the width of the roadway, while temporary use beyond that point must be approved by the Common Council; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that the appropriate City officials are hereby authorized to issue a permit to FJA Christensen Roofing allowing occupancy of the entire roadway and west sidewalk of North Waverly Place between East Juneau Avenue and a point 120 feet to the south, for roofing work at 1121 N. Waverly Place, for 6 weeks.
