Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

 parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-2 of the Code relating to No Stopping is amended by striking the following:

“On the north side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 37^th Street to a point 140 feet west from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM”

“On the south side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 38^th Street to a point 125 feet east”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the west side of North Oakland Avenue from East Newberry Boulevard to East Geneva Place from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM on school days

On the east side of North Swan Road from West Brown Deer Road to West Allyn Street

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 37^th Street to a point 140 feet west from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

On the south side of West Lincoln Avenue from South 38^th Street to a point 125 feet east from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Part 4.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On South 17^th Street from West Grant Street to West Lincoln Avenue
