Title

A substitute ordinance relating to the change in zoning from Local Business to Two-Family Residential for the property at 2488-90 South 12th Street, on the east side of South 12th Street and north of West Arthur Avenue, in the 12th Aldermanic District.

Analysis

This zoning change was initiated by the City of Milwaukee and will allow the property at 2488-90 South 12th Street to be combined with a portion of 2486 South 12th Street, zoned residential, for construction of a single-family residence.

Body

Resolved, That the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, do ordain as follows:

 

Part 1. There is added to the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances a new section to read as follows:

 

Section 295-501.2(c).0014. The zoning map is amended to change the zoning for 2488-90 South 12th Street, Tax Key No. 497-0081-000, from Local Business (LB2) to Two-Family Residential (RT4).
