Title
Resolution relating to the reporting deadline of the Local Business Action Team.
Analysis
Common Council File Number 140081, adopted June 24, 2014, established a 13-member Local Business Action Team to recommend strategies to ensure that City regulations and service delivery support the development and growth of local business in Milwaukee. It also stipulated that the Local Business Action Team shall submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the Common Council within 180 days of the adoption of File Number 140081. Common Council File Number 141290, adopted November 25, 2014, extended the reporting deadline to July 31, 2015.
This resolution further amends File Number 140081 by changing the deadline for the Local Business Action Team to provide its report to the Common Council to November 30, 2015.

Whereas, Common Council File Number 140081, adopted June 24, 2014, established a 13-member Local Business Action Team to recommend strategies to ensure that City regulations and service delivery support the development and growth of local business in Milwaukee; and
Whereas, File Number 140081 also stipulated that the Local Business Action Team shall submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the Common Council within 180 days of the adoption of that file; and
Whereas, Common Council File Number 141290, adopted November 25, 2014, amended File Number 140081 by extending the reporting deadline to July 31, 2015; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that Common Council Resolution File Number 140081, as amended by Common Council File Number 141290, is further amended by deleting the fifth "Further Resolved" clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
