Analysis
Under s. 320-47-9 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances, this resolution approves and transmits the recommendations of the Milwaukee Youth Council relating to 10% of the City's Community Development Block Grant reprogramming funding in the area of youth services.

Whereas, Section 320-47-9 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances directs the Milwaukee Youth Council to prepare recommendations to the Common Council relating to 10% of the City's Community Development Block Grant reprogramming funding in the area of youth services; and
Whereas, The Milwaukee Youth Council met on July 8, 2015, to consider those requests for proposals submitted to the Community Development Grants Administration; now, therefore, be it
Resolved, By the Youth Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the attached recommendations relating to 10% of the City's Community Development Block Grant reprogramming funding in the area of youth services are adopted; and, be it
Further Resolved, That these recommendations be transmitted to the Common Council for its consideration.
