Title

A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various

 parts of the City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by striking the following:

“On the south side of West Legion Street from South 24^th Street to South 25^th Street from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM”

Part 2.  Section 101-23-7-d of the Code relating to Parking Exceptions on Bridges is amended by adding the following:

On South Whitnall Avenue between East Ohio Avenue and East Holt Avenue

Part 3.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On West Merrill Street from South Muskego Avenue to South 24^th Street

On South 31^st Street from West Forest Home Avenue to West Cleveland Avenue
