Analysis
This resolution approves an amendment to the cooperation agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the Redevelopment Authority (RACM) providing for Common Council approval of RACM’s budget and to provide that the offices and position of RACM will be governed by the City’s Positions Ordinance and Salary Ordinance.

Be It Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the attached Amendment to Cooperation Agreement between the City of Milwaukee and the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee, amending the cooperation agreement originally authorized by Common Council File Number 020526, adopted September 24, 2002, is approved; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the proper City officials are directed to execute the Amendment to Cooperation Agreement.
