Whereas, Additional design and construction work has resulted in an increased costs charged against the subject capital improvements projects; and
 
Whereas, Additional funds are, therefore, necessary to complete the design and construction of the projects; now, therefore be it
 
Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee, that the City Comptroller is hereby authorized to transfer funds to the project grant chart fields as follows:
