A substitute ordinance relating to parking controls.

Analysis

This ordinance establishes the above-mentioned parking requirements in various parts of the

City.

Body

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:

Part 1.  Section 101-23-3 of the Code relating to No Parking is amended by adding the following:

On the north and south sides of West Juneau Avenue from North 8^th Street to North 11^th Street

Part 2.  Section 101-23-6 of the Code relating to Angle Parking is amended by adding the following:

In roadway center of West Juneau Avenue from North 8^th Street to North 11^th Street

Part 3.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to One-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On North 93^rd Street between West Blue Mound Road and West Wisconsin Avenue, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., except Sunday and holidays"

Part 4.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by striking the following:

"On West Park Hill Avenue from North 92^nd Street to a point 120 feet east of North 90^th Street from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays"

"On the north side of East Smith Street from South Burrell Street to South Austin Street, on even number dates"

"On the south side of East Smith Street from South Burrell Street to South Austin Street, on odd number dates"

Part 5.  Section 101-23-4-d of the Code relating to Two-Hour Parking is amended by adding the following:

In the angled parking area on West Juneau Avenue from North 8^th Street to North 11^th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

On West Park Hill Avenue from North 90^th Street to North 92^nd Street from 8:00 AM to

5:00 PM Except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays

On the east side of North 9^th Street from West Highland Avenue to West Juneau Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

On the east side of North 10^th Street from West Highland Avenue to West Juneau Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

On the east side of North 11^th Street from the driveway 114 feet south of West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday

On the east side of North 93^rd Street from West Wisconsin Avenue to a point 190 feet north of West Blue Mound Road from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday

On the west side of North 93^rd Street from West Blue Mound Road to West Wisconsin Avenue from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Except Saturday and Sunday

Part 6.  Section 101-27-3-b-1 of the Code relating to Alternate Side Night Parking is amended by adding the following:

On East Schiller Street from South Austin Street to South Howell Avenue

Part 7.  Section 101-32-3-d-3 of the Code relating to Two-Hour Meter Parking by adding the following:

In the angled parking area on West Juneau Avenue from North 8^th Street to North 11^th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the east side of North 9^th Street from West Highland Avenue to West Juneau Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the east side of North 10^th Street from West Highland Avenue to West Juneau Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

On the east side of North 11^th Street from the driveway 114 feet south of West Juneau Avenue to West McKinley Avenue from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday

Part 8.  Section 101-32-3-f of the Code relating to Five-Hour Meter Parking by striking the following:

"On West Juneau Avenue from North 7^th Street to North 8^th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"

"On the north side of West Juneau Avenue from North 8^th Street to North 10^th Street from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sunday"
