Analysis
This ordinance repeals all regulation of the frequency with which on-premise automatic changeable message sign messages are permitted to change.
Body
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of Milwaukee do ordain as follows:
Part 1. Section 295-407-4-c of the code is repealed.
Part 2. Section 295-407-4-d-0 of the code is amended to read:
295-407. SIGNS.
4. AUTOMATIC CHANGEABLE MESSAGE SIGNS.
d. In addition to the provisions of pars. a [[to c]]>>and b<<, off-premise electronic and tri-vision automatic changeable message signs shall conform to the following conditions:
Part 3. Section 295-407-4-d of the code is renumbered 295-407-4-c.
