Whereas, The city and U.S. Bank have reached a compromise on US Bank property assessments for 2012 and 2013; and

Whereas, Common Council Resolution 141708 authorized the Comptroller to refund 2012 and 2013 property taxes in the amount of $631,220.82 to U.S. Bank from the remission of taxes fund; now, there be it

Resolved, By the Common Council of the City of Milwaukee that $631,220.82 be authorized from the Common Council Contingent Fund (#0001-9990-C001-006300) (2015) to the Special Purpose Account Remission of Taxes (#0001-9990-S163-006300) (2015).
